A Loss of Profits Policy:

You can also take a Loss of Profits Policy that will provide you with protection against the Loss of Profits that you might incur due to an interruption in business consequent upon a peril that is insured and the claim being admitted under the Material Damage Policy.

You will thus be supported all the way until your business starts to function as smoothly as it used to.

The Indemnity Period commences on the date the damage occurred and lasts until your business is restored to its pre-damage level, or to the period stipulated in the policy, whichever is earlier.

You will be insured for all the business earnings that you lost during the Indemnity Period. The policy will also cover the Auditor’s Fees.


The Notification Process:

STEP 1: If property is lost or theft is suspected, report the incident to the nearest police station.

STEP 2: Advise us immediately, either verbally or in writing, as soon as you are aware of any loss or damage.

STEP 3: Submit the claim form within fifteen days of the incident.
